The Incredible... Edible...Egg.


The Egg...on the top, is a Duck Egg.
The other, is a Chicken Egg.
: )

They taste the same... except, the Duck Egg, is richer, creamier...
the yolk is larger, and the white is a little denser.
Pastry Chefs love to use them.
; ) 

Breakfast.
Duck Egg, over easy...
 half of a slice of grilled toast, avocado slices...peppers, olives...onion...tomatoes, and a few fresh Oysters, on a bed of spinach, with a little salsa.
; )

My eyes were bigger than my stomach, this morning.
Saving half of it for lunch.
; )

Don't usually have Oysters, on hand... but, saw them at the store, the other day...
: )
Enjoyed them so much... in Daytona, with Steph... and with Allyson, in Franklin, TN.,
thought I'd splurge, a little.
: )

Miss. Peanut, was Happy...to get her Egg, and toast... this morning.
{and half of my Duck Egg, and toast. ; )}
We've been out of eggs, for a couple of weeks.
Liz forgets to bring them, I...never seem to get her way.
Store bought eggs, just aren't the same... as Fresh, Coddled, Happy... Free Range Chicken's Eggs.
Hahahahahaha!
