{Just watched 'City of Fairfax, Iowa'  on YouTube, their last council meeting. Tom Arp, along with Many Others... are feelin' 'my' pain, I'd guess. Sure is Wonderful... in my thoughts, to have a Council Member, as 'Family'.}
