The Incredible... Edible...Egg.
The Egg...on the top, is a Duck Egg.
The other, is a Chicken Egg.
: )
They taste the same... except, the Duck Egg, is richer, creamier...
the yolk is larger, and the white is a little denser.
Pastry Chefs love to use them.
; )
Breakfast.
Duck Egg, over easy...
half of a slice of grilled toast, avocado slices...peppers, olives...onion...tomatoes, and a few fresh Oysters, on a bed of spinach, with a little salsa.
; )
My eyes were bigger than my stomach, this morning.
Saving half of it for lunch.
; )
Don't usually have Oysters, on hand... but, saw them at the store, the other day...

Enjoyed them so much... in Daytona, with Steph... and with Allyson, in Franklin, TN.,
thought I'd splurge, a little.

Miss. Peanut, was Happy...to get her Egg, and toast... this morning.
{and half of my Duck Egg, and toast. ; )}
We've been out of eggs, for a couple of weeks.
Liz forgets to bring them, I...never seem to get her way.
Store bought eggs, just aren't the same... as Fresh, Coddled, Happy... Free Range Chicken's Eggs.
Hahahahahaha!

Simply... Iowa.
Had a Crazy Morning.

Taxes...to get done.
Bookwork.
Took a Long...Hot Bath, early...
before the 'Day' began.
Received a Very Important Call...
while Soakin'.
{My poor, little Android... is never far from my side. : )}
Never had the chance to dry my hair, had to get to meetings.
Left it down.
Something, I rarely...do....anymore.
Felt kinda good.

After the meetings, went to work at The Marion, Iowa...
Living Estate Sale.
Organized cupboards....and, washed stemware.

Took a break, to smoke a stogie... and noticed a Sweet little...
Barred Rock Hen, crossing the street.

When I found the old... 1990's Cedar Rapids phone book, at The Marion, Iowa... Living Estate Sale, yesterday...had to look up
my 'memories'.

Mom's phone number, was 363-4466 for decades, until she moved from 'The Little House', on 'H' Ave., to the retirement village, in the 1990's.
Then...sadly, her phone number was changed, to the above.
Sent this image to Daughter, Liz... with other images of The Sale.
She, was like...
"Uh... Why did you send me this picture???"

Texted, whom...I PRAY, will be our Mayor, with the 'Special Election'.

Amazingly... with a lot of stretching...after yesterday's tumble, my body is feelin' pretty good.

Trying to decide if I'm going to the Fairfax City Council Meeting, this evening...
or, work...late in Marion.
Sure know what I'd Rather...do.
{I'd rather stick needles in my eyes, than attend those Council Meetings.}
