A... little 'Life' left. No 'Taps'... today.

Last night, after being soaked, trying to take images of the flooding, in the pouring rain...

and, having 'Old Faithful',  Android... phone, have Convulsions... in my hand, while trying to capture those images...

oh my.

{I've Never seen a phone, or Anything... 'Do'... what that poor little Android, did.}

 Kept trying to re-start it... after I dried it, the best I could.

 It, would... 'start', for a moment, then... would go right back, to 

"Shutting Down".

: (.......

Truly thought... This Time, it's all...over.

Began thinking of Everything... that little Android,

'Old Faithful'... does.

It's an alarm clock.

5:30 a.m. every morning... it gives me a Jolt!!

{ May not find my feet, but... none the less...

It Always Tries!! <3 }

It's my Watch, throughout the day..

Camera.

Phone.

Music Player.

basically... does All.. of the 'Business'.

Email.

It handles More... than my Lap Top.

It...

Handles...

Everything.

Didn't let 'Old Faithful'... charge, last night.

Figured I'd let it dry out, over night, then... we'd Try again, this morning.

Plugged 'Old Faithful', in... as I was getting ready to head to Miss. Willow's, and Miss. Meadow's Birthday Party, this morning.

Checked 'Old Faithful'... one more time, before I walked out the door....

 Oh... my.

Was taking images around the House, of the flooding, a few minutes ago...

My phone... along, with me, 'drown'.

Think... I killed it.

Probably gonna have to invest in a new phone, tomorrow.

No images... 

most likely, lost my contacts.

Not to mention... the 'flooding'.

My computer is a mess. Do most of my blogging, and online work, these days...

The water was comin' in... at the entry, to the house.

It came down the drive... veered to the north, then... to the west, to the house.

Who knows.. that faithful... little Android, has had quite a Life, and...somehow, has come back.

Dropped in a sink full of water.

Ran over it... with a Side by Side, on a gravel road.

It's... had Nine Lives... for sure.

I'm soaked to the skin, peeled off my old Western shirt...  put on a warm, dry...

hooded sweatshirt.

Wish I could do the same... for the Android.

Worked at Marion's Estate, for a bit... today.

Then, Birthday Shopped, for Granddaughters, Miss. Meadow,

 and Miss. Willow.

Their Party... is Tomorrow.

Usually... I just give the Grandkids, money.

Rainy Night in Georgia

So small.

The above popped up on Memories... the other day.

The Ford belongs to a Neighbor.

The Kid's and me... were looking at several things to purchase at the Neighboring  Farm, that day.

Could've purchased the Ford... Loved It...

but, couldn't imagine being the purpose of cutting down the Tree.

When we weren't the ditch.

This morning.

Went out... in my old flannel robe, barefooted, in the rain... bright and early, and tweaked those plastic IDOT tiles, again.

Good thing I did.

One was holding a bunch of water.

We're getting a little... much needed rain, which... is great,

{we're in a horrible draught.}

 except... 

when it brings water into your Home, and it never did... 'before'.

I've been fiddling with the 'several years old', now... 'temporary' IDOT fix, in hopes...

they are positioned 'Just Right', and the water will stay outside.

We had to move them, so people wouldn't trip over them during The Fall Harvest Sale.

Was up late last night... reading over a document, concerning all of this.

Had horrible nightmares, of flooding.

Dang it.

Don't feel like I've slept a wink.

Feel so guilty, about complaining... about what's happening in our 'Fishbowl'... when I see, so many... suffering here, and around the World.

These... never ending issues, here... are so small, incredibly small... compared to what so many are dealing with.

So much heartbreak.

Praying for All... who are suffering, every day.
