The Pie's are done...and cooling.

Decided to make one Sweet Potato... and one Dutch Apple.

Baked them both, one at a time...in the roaster.

Didn't even have to light the oven.

: )

It's about a quarter til 10.

First time I've set down... since 5 a.m.

Finally... can have that cup of coffee that's been waiting on me, for hours.

Have most everything Ready to Roll.

Need to put the gravy in jars... yet, {decided to make it here...too. Everything will be done... ready to warm up... and serve, whenever the Kids want to eat.}

I've 'tasted' So Much... Food, this morning, won't be able to eat Anything... the rest of the day!

Hahahahahaha!!!

It's been So Long since I've smelled Pies baking in the house.

The Kid's... over the last several Holiday's have brought the Pies, and desserts.

I've Missed That Aroma!!

The Scent of Butter...  Apples... and Cinnamon Melding Together'!!

Oh My!!!

It's funny, how your nose... 'knows', exactly... when the Pie's are done.
