Slept 'til 9:30, this morning.

Couldn't believe it, when I looked at my phone, and saw the time.
Was sure... is was 5:30, again.
Great...to sleep in my own bed.

So Great.
Took a Long...Hot, Bubble Bath.
Oh....Man!!

Watered the Babies.

The Kid's were Wonderful to Miss. Peanut,

she was sure glad to have me Home.

The Quilt, and Fabric Show is Hound Friendly, so were the Hotel's we stayed at.

When we pulled in last night, oh dear... we were Beyond Exhausted.
Talked with Steph, this morning.
She was thinking about cancelling her Dr.'s appointment, for this afternoon.
She said... she had too much work to get done, and...was feeling a little better.

Offered to give her a ride, to...it.
She said...she was 'fine'... to drive herself.

8 Days on The Road. We Made It Home....Tonight.
Pulled out from Chattanooga, around 8 a.m. this morning.
Steph...was so sick, and... So Hurting.

It was foggy... but, clear enough to make a Dash.
Stopped near Nashville, picked up a heating pad, and, cushions...for Steph's back.
and...
a thermometer.
After Insisting Steph take her temp...
{which was normal...}
: )
told her, had it not...been,
we'd be at the ER.
Period.
The Truck Would've Stood Still.
Brake's Engaged.

Steph thinks I'm stubborn.
; )
Oh My.
We... are Equally... Stubborn, I do believe.

The Mountain's... were Lovely.

Last night, looking at The Beach, from our room.
I'd posted images, last night...
but couldn't finish.
Having to do so, on my phone... tonight.
Long...night, and day.
We were loaded out by 7, last night...but, after supper, and a Margarita... collapsed in bed with the remote, in one hand... and phone...in the other.
Steph said she had to pry the remote out of my hand to turn the TV off.

Oh my.
We were beyond beat.
We worked long hours, but Stephanie made sure we ate Well.

We pulled out of Daytona...late morning, made it a little past Chattanooga, TN., before we stopped for the night, around 8:30.
Steph's back is still driving her crazy, but not as bad, at this point, as it was coming to Daytona.
Sadly, now she's struggling with severe stomach issues.
Can't Imagine Why???
Oh my.
This...has been such a grueling... stressful, painful...trip for her.
Sure hoping we can get Home, by this time tomorrow.

It was a Great Show, filled with many Wonderful Folks, and Blessings, but a rough time for Stephanie.
Made the mistake of going through Atlanta, on the way Home.
Swore after going through there last year, with Allyson, Never Again.
Steph, and I figured, with it being Sunday, we might be able to slide through... and save about an hour, rather than going back through Birmingham.
Wrong.

Yesterday...started out Foggy, in Daytone....in more than one way.

Turns out he's a 'Collector', and enjoys Beach Combing.

When Toni saw I was in Daytona, she called Sheree, and came to VISIT!!

They are about an hour and a half away from Daytona.
Met the Girl's through The Rabbit Hole, many years ago.

Sheree, and her Husband, Joe... along with Mom, Toni... moved from Belle Plain, Iowa... to Florida, a couple of years back.
Sheree gave me a Wonderful Heart, Horse Brass... that she'd wanted to give me before they left Iowa, but... couldn't find it.
The day, Toni had seen my post about being in Daytona, Sheree... found the Heart Brass, and thought of me, then... her Mom called, about Daytona.

Seems we 'know' one another...better than we'd ever want to.
She's been through hell, too.
She lost her Husband to brain cancer, too, last year.
Steph's Dad... also, was taken...by brain cancer.
Cancer, is our mutual enemy.
After I heard her 'Story'...I, really... couldn't choose a meal, so... asked her, to order for me.
Figured... she'd pick the best choice on the menu.

Pretty Morning.
Pretty Morning in Daytona.
Above is the view from our room.
The AQS Daytona, opens at 9 a.m., we'll be moving fast from 8 'til the doors open.
So much to get done...yet, but... we will.

Steph was doing so well yesterday, with her back...but, she pushed it too hard.
: (
She was up through the night with it.
It's not as bad as it was travelling here... oh my, that... was brutal for her, but...still, very ugly.
'Home'...is on my mind.
Ice Storm...is coming through.
Praying Everyone Stays Safe...
and...
The Power Stays On.

Steph, and I had a very late supper, here at The Hilton.
It's such a Pretty Hotel, but... even better, it's just across the street from The AQS Show.

At the end of the day.... it's LOVELY...being close to your Hotel.
Didn't expect to see a Chopper, at The Hilton.

Both, Allyson, and Steph... like to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels.
