Don't know what the cause of This...sad event was.

Speaking, for myself...this Highway design, is so...very, very...poor.

The visibility is terrible.

The bridge is too high.

Too High.

All because....of THIS.

Fairfax's Trail, under, and over...

that...was promised Not To Be...per our Recorded Agreement with IDOT.

If...they'd Only...Kept Their Word, Agreement, we wouldn't be Flooding.

Who knows...how many 'accidents'...may have been prevented, without Trail Accommodations.
