I know, this seems minor...to those who are open 7 days a week...I always joke, I have 'Attempted Hours'....In reality....I am open 24 hours a day....seven days a week...but...you Simply Have to Call Ahead....{believe it, or not...I have spent Many Late...Late Nights, down the Rabbit Hole...with Folks, that are travelling through....and enjoyed every minute of it!}Structure has never ....ever...Ever....been my Long Suit....That's good...and Bad...The good thing is...I can usually make things happen... in a pinch...and roll with most unforeseen circumstance...and...am willing to jump through hoops, if the circumstances call for JUMPING!!! the bad side...I'm always SPINNING!!!
So...this is a baby step... to structure...now...will I be able to say...'I'm Closed'...at 4:01...on Sunday Afternoon??? like everyone else does...hmmm....
And...if...and when...I may... set...real...in writing... hours...{during the week} will I be able to not open...at other times...? when folks just drop in????{I'm getting nervous...} after all...the point of setting hours...is to be structured....oh my...
