For Fairfax's Suicide Trail...
MAKES ME SICK!!!
Yesterday.
That water...ponding was inching towards the house.
Just...feet away.
No ditch anymore....
because of IDOT, for Fairfax's Trail, that was Agreed, and Recorded...Would Not Be.
The 'Lake'...IDOT Has Created for us...now...
to make wrongful accommodations for Fairfax's Trail.
Took the access to our land away, as well.
{To our 'Lake'.}
I've emailed Schneoblen, Alexander, Staebler...at District 6.
As we can see...they've done NOTHING.
Our Tax Dollars, at Work.
WATER RUNS DOWNHILL.
IDOT Has Made US The DITCH.

Before The IDOT Encroached Stallman Drive into Our Drainage.
I...tried, and tried to tell Newman, from District 6, that Stallman needed to go further South, for Safety, and...Drainage...long before Ground was Broken.

FLOODING In Our Home Over The Last Year, since DISTRICT 6 Breached Our Agreement, and went ahead with The Trail Accommodations, for Fairfax.
That clump of brush, that DISTRICT 6 Never bothered to Clean Up....
is where the Tree's were, by The 49 Ford.
We had to Snug It Up To The Rabbit Hole, for Them.
So They Could Take Our Ditch Away...for The New, Dangerous....Stallman Drive.
The Rain Water....{at the Airport was 1.37 inches...yesterday.
Seriously.
That...isn't 'Rain'.
When we got 7 Inches of Rain...
In A Short Span, Everyone around us...Flooded.
Not our Home, or my Shop.
If the above...is what less than 1 1/2 inches of Rain...will do, in a Draught...Year,
put water up to The Saint, and....up to The Ford's rear tire....a few feet from my Store...
What do ya think 4, 5, 6, 7....Inches ...in a Normal Rain Year,,,

I was Beyond...Exhausted, yesterday.
Coming off of Weeks, of Long, Long...Hard Days.
Sure would've liked a day off...
Instead, I was sucking up water for The Big Room, and taking over a hundred pictures.....in the rain, soaked to the Skin,
because of IDOT, and Fairfax, Iowa City Hall.
Speaking of 'City Hall'.
Council Meeting, tonight.
The item on The Agenda gave me Pause.
{Did others, as well. }
Marcus Blazek posted about it on FB.
{I've so Busy...with The Estate Sale, hadn't seen it.}
He took an image of the actual Agenda, for this evening.
My Lawyer...has a Public Records Request for 'certain' documents, at Fairfax....City Hall.
He formally requested them....about month ago.
Hasn't received them yet.
Sure hope they aren't 'Destroying'...anything he requested.
Sure...hope nothing, that shouldn't, 'accidently'...slips into their shredder, while their
'destruction of old records'.
They probably...better Hold Off, on the 'Destruction'...of any 'Documents'...for a bit.
