These are two more little treasures I harvested, last week.... LOVE 'EM! Yeah, yeah, yeah.... they both have a little damage... the pitcher has only one little chip... But... It says "Farmer's" and "Iowa"... two of my most favorite words! And what can I say about the Old, Old Ironstone... Oh my gosh... I about fell over, when I found it... It's lid is long gone... it's little handles, are, also, long, long gone... but... oh my... it couldn't be loved more... I love the shape... it looks like a miniature urn... It hails from the 1850's... and, oh my... what a colorful life it must have endured... if only it could speak...
I guess I already know what it would say... about life...
