It had been a Struggle...Getting Everything together...

Liz...was Sooo Much Help...

We had the Fuso....and...the Ford...Unloaded...in an Hour...

We Busted...Fanny...on Set Up!

When we stopped...en route...to the Show...Saturday...to fill up with Fuel...

I heard...a Horrible Noise...under the the Fuso...

Holy Smokes!

While Filling Up...

I did a Mac Gyver Roll...under the Truck...

Scoping Out...the Entire...Under Carriage....

Trying to Locate...the Source...of all the Racket!

{Lord...the other folks...watching...while filling their vehicles...must have thought I was Crazy!}....

I was Scared to Death...it was Something...around the Front Axel...

Thankfully...all it was...was the tail pipe...again...

I had it fixed...last Spring...but...the repair...didn't hold...

It was an Ugly Mess...

All I could do...was grab my Trusty....Fencing Wire...I keep at my finger tips...at ALL times...and Wire that Bugger...Up!

Then...On To The Set Up!

Liz and I Rocked!!!...

Until...Mark got there...

{we had the booth...Bones Set...

but...

He brought Things...I didn't...realize...he was bringing...

and...we had to Totally... Re Do!

and...the Dreaded...Sofa...

I Brought...

oh my...

That...threw...a Huge...Monkey Wrench...into Everything!}

and...

I had sold...my Beautiful...Velvet...backdrop...

soooo...

The Wall...was...UGLY!

oh my...

Then...I had to cut...the display time...way down...

Because...Lynn....had bought some Treasures...for me...at The Auction...Saturday...

Bless His Heart!!!

and...had to drive...a hundred and sixty...miles...round trip...

'Set Up' night....to get 'em...

Got in bed...around Midnight....

Then....up at 5...a...frickin'...m.....

To be back...at The Show...to Finish the Booth...

and...unload...more Treasures...before...7 frickin' thirty!!!

In all of the running....Show Morn...

I ran out the door...without...my Rescue...Inhaler...

{I have Severe Asthma {have had it...since I was young...}

In The Cold...well...it can Kill me...

it nearly...has...a time or two...

Once...I remember...thinking...while waiting for the Ambulance...

{I'd been out in the Cold....Cranking on an Old Truck...trying to get it Started...I had my Inhaler...that time...but...waited too long...before I used it...I had already shut down...and couldn't get the medicine...into my lungs....}

I thought...I'd seen...my Children...for the Last time...

when they climbed on the School Bus...that morning...

I kept...seeing them...in my mind....hoping...that....would be my last...memory....}

My Inhaler...is something....I should...Never forget...

but...did...

I didn't realize that...

until...Load Out...

Mark...my Show Partner... had Places to Go...and People...to See...

and when he was done...with his stuff...left...

That left me...and Liz...

to tare down walls...and load rugs...and...all my stuff...

{Which...we could have handled...if..I...Hadn't Forgotten...my Inhaler...}

and...I didn't have The Boys...this time...

With the Stink...of the Diesel...

and...it was...only...a few degrees... outside....

COLD!

{Liz...tried to start the Fuso...unbeknownst...to me...}

She...not knowing...in the Bitter Cold...a Diesel...Engine...

needs the Glow Plug...to warm the Engine

You don't...just...start them...like a Gas Engine....

She...Cranked...and Cranked...on it...and ran the Batteries...nearly...Dead...

before she came and got me...}

I went out....and Prayed....

kept...working on the old...Gal...

and...by the Grace of God...got it started...

But...oh my...it Belched...and Smoked...

without the exhaust...it blew...right into the Cab...

It was Sooo...Loaded Up...from being Cranked on...

I nearly...died....

That's...when we discovered...my inhaler..was gone...

I Knew...{I was pretty sure...} I had left it at Home...

and...John...won't answer the Phone....or Door...for Anyone...or Anything...on Sundays...or...anytime...in the House...

I also...knew...if I sent Liz...it would be two hours...before I had it...

So...

I told her...we'd get the Trucks...loaded...but...we'd have to go...slow...

Very...Slow...

{I knew...I was in Trouble...Big...Trouble...}

I couldn't hardly...form sentences....it was...pretty..bad...}

I simply...Had No...Air....

{I also...realized...Mark...had taken...the two wheeled cart...

I didn't...think...to ask him...to leave it...we were all so busy...

We had to dead lift...and carry...everything...to the Trucks...}

That's where Dan and Barb...came in...

They...Liz...and another Kind...Neighbor...Basically...Loaded...All...of My Heavy...Stuff...

{After...they had Busted Their Fannies...Loading Their Own!!!!}

I'm sure...my Oxygen level....was down...to...little...

I slept...until...11:00...this morn...

and...was Shaking....from head to toe...when I got out of bed...

It's taken me...all day...to...Just...get my lungs....kind...of working...

I am...Drained....

but...alive...

After visiting...with Peg...today...

She thinks...I need to quit doing Shows....

They...are Soooo Much...Stress...and Work...

I'd sure hate to do that...

I gotta tell ya...

I Do...Love Them...So...

but...

Without...Those...Amazing...Angels....

I may not...be writing this....

It was...bad...I had...nearly...shut...down....completely...

{I didn't let anyone know...that...but...I knew....

I have been...close...very close...and...I was...Close....last night...}

I have to make ...some changes...
