about two hours...into her visit...

I got.... Chilled... to the bone...

I'm tired...and stiff... tonight...

Just fixed a Bloody Mary...

and garnished it...with one of Carol's...

It's almost... like I'm on Auto Pilot...

When I go through a Tag Sale...

I'm....Fast...and Methodical...

I gather... quickly....make decisions.... in a snap....

pile the gatherings up....

pay...

and load...

{then...I go back through...and make sure... I didn't miss anything...}

{An old friend... used to call me the 'Human Vacuum'....}

I don't mess around...

However....

I don't 'Bond'... with a piece...until I get it home....

and...can really... examine it....

{My... mind... and heart... know... exactly...what I want...while waltzing through a sale....

in an instant....

from across a crowded room....

through...walls... of an old barn....

or...an auction ad....

 but... by Soul... connects...when I have a few quiet moments... to get acquainted....}

{yes... I know... this sounds...insane.... but... it's difficult to explain...}

I have often thought.... this is why... on many occasions....

I have been in a shop...

commented...on how Cool a piece is...

only...to have the proprietor... say...

"Yes...it is... : ) I bought it...from you..."

{then... sometimes... buy it back!!!!}

oh dear...

Many times... I'll sell a piece... {or pieces...}

right off the truck....

I was drawn to it...bought it... and sold it.... in a matter of.... minutes..or hours....

I never had a chance... to 'Bond'....

or...

I have...

 Dementia!

In either case...

Everything Old...

Is New Again!!!!

The Mug...is Copper Luster.... from the mid 1800's...

when I pulled it from the shelf... and saw the Frog....

I about Croaked!

My eyes... came to rest...on the Old... Wooden Bottle...Mold...

I bought...here at The Fall Harvest Sale...

from Maurina...

Her Mother..brought it back...from the East...years ago...

Then... I... saw the mound... of Squash...

Liz...Miss.Scarlett, and I.... gathered...yesterday...

at The Pumpkin Farm...

all strewn... in the Old Dry Sink Cupboard...

My mind... drifted to...so many... places...

along with..the Beautiful Moments...

I shared... with... the kids... and Sally...

{the Mustang... we loaded full... of Pumpkins and Squash...yesterday...

on a spur of the moment...trip..in the early afternoon...}

Yes...

as my hands...ran across... the Old Mold...

came to mind...

Time... in a Bottle...

I...wish...

I could save...time in a bottle...

and...Memories...
