Whipped up a big batch of Vegetable Bean... Soup, this morning.

I use dry beans, and soak them... overnight.
Used to buy canned Dark Red Kidney Beans, but...
seems there's more liquid, than beans... in the cans, these days.

Had some Sweet Potatoes, that needed to be used up... so diced them, and threw 'em in.

Chopped Cabbage... Mixed Veggies... Onions... Fresh Spinach... Garlic, and Tons of Spices!!
A little Molasses.... a little Worcestershire sauce... a little Hoisin sauce...
Yeah... Boy!!

Sometimes... I'll throw an Over Easy... Egg, on top... of a bowl of Veggie Soup.

Sometimes... I'll stir in...a few cooked Shrimp.
