This Tag Sale...Opens the 19th of June...at 10 bells.... {a.m. }

{numbers, at 9... get there earlier... for a Good Number...: ) }

The Sale... runs through the 22nd... and will be Open each day... 

10 a.m. 'til 8 p.m.

90% of this sale... will be Priced...

 {if I miss some items... I'll price them... on the floor. }

10% will be by Sealed Bid...

Bids will be accepted from Opening... on the 19th... through 4:00 Saturday, the 21st.

Winning Bidders will be notified, Sunday, the 22nd. 

The Bid items must be picked up...and 'settled' for... within the following day...

{or two... with prior approval....} 

{There are...'No Reserves'... or...Early Sales.}

Cash, Credit...and Debit Cards will be Accepted Payment...

along with Pre Approved Checks.

{if you are a 'Simply Iowa' Customer... or have attended my past Sales... You are...Approved...}

If you are Tax Exempt...you will be asked to have your information....

and fill out a form...

On Saturday, the 21st. after 4 p.m.  Offers above 1/2 will be considered....

Sunday... the 22nd. most tagged items will be 50% off....

Do Not... remove tags... I'll have stickers... for you to put your name on... and place on the Large Items...

{I'll be handing them out... prior to, and throughout...the Sale. 

Bring your own Markers...or Pens... }

 that can't be taken to the 'Holding' Tables...

There will be No... Monkey Business...

Tolerated...

{anyone that removes a tag... will be asked to leave. {trust me... I'll know. }

These items... are not cleaned... they are Straight...from Storage... 

Everything is 'As Is'... 'Where Is'....and 'What Is'.
