Liz just called... Maggie developed a blood clot, after her amputation, in the night, she passed away...

Oh, no, I am so sorry, my deepest sympathy!
Maggie will be in heaven. Years ago I lost Bucky( a mix chow/shepherd) he was 13 years old, a friend, a protector, cow dog, best groundhog hunter. I hope Maggie meets with Bucky in heaven so they can run & play! Remember the good times with her!!!

You have my deepest sympathy-I know how hard it is to lose the ones you love most. I lost my husband in a horrible accident in October and in April our border collie had to be put to sleep. They were together every day working cattle. I know that very same day in April they were together again.
