The 'Market' has changed so much over the decades.

So Appreciate Them Taking Time this morning to help out.
We don't price things at 'retail' at Estate Sales, but... we want to be fair to our Clients.

We've got to 'Sell'... in a very short period of time.

Took a few of Marion's Baskets, after Dale, and Bud left, to Thom, and Cathy Rawson's,
{Sanctuary Antiques, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.} this afternoon.
They were busy loading for a Country Show, on the East Coast, but took time out, to take a peek at Marion's Baskets.
After we finished discussing Marion's Baskets, Cathy and I... sat outside, in their Beautiful Courtyard, and 'Visited'.
It's been too long.
Marion shopped with these Wonderful Folks, over many, many years.
We are, truly... like 'Family'.

Have deliveries to make.

I've got to get working on The Fall Harvest Sale, that's coming up...

{That 25 foot bridge, on the North side of our property, that the City of Fairfax, Iowa... will be Condemning... More... of our land for... to replace It with a 140 foot bridge, the 'Hired' engineer is 'designing' for Fairfax... with Trails... on, and under.}

I'd written a bit on how we put these Estate, and Living Estate Sales, together.
The Family... comes through, first... we Strongly Encourage them to Keep... Anything, and Everything... they think they may want.
Piece's can Always be sold, they won't come back... once they're gone.
After the Family removes what they have decided to take...
then, we go in, and put the Home back together.
The images will change, Rooms will Fill Out, as we pull items from throughout the Home.
basically... we 'Stage'... Homes.
Marion's Home is very spacious.
Beautiful.
{It will be listed for sale... after the Estate Sale.}
We are just showing 'Snippets'... as we get through Room by Room.
Bill will be posting individual images, on estatesale.com this week.
