Our Dear Friend, Dale Frese... lost his Mom, Coletta, yesterday.

Dale... has cared So, for his Mother... over the last many years.

Visited with Coletta, a time or two. : )

 She... Was an Amazing Woman!!

Today... it's selling for a bit over 13,000.

I've heard as high as 20,000.

Don't know how it'll ever pay for itself... even at The LOW 2024 interest rates.
