Could've been prevented, had IDOT simply Kept our Recorded Agreement, 6 years ago.

Often wonder... how so many, many... Lives may have been, 

'different'

had Fairfax, and IDOT... simply told me the truth, from the beginning.

and...

IDOT... kept our Signed, Recorded...

Agreement.

{not... good, when I 'think' about that.}
