in my humble...

 opinion, that's being so wrongfully afflicted, on so many.

Grateful... somehow, for fighting The Iowa Department of Transportation, for so many years.

They've 'taught' me, sadly... much.

{Fairfax, Iowa... City Hall, and their hired engineer, as well.}
