only calls Citizens out, when they aren't

Fairfax, Iowa... City Hall, after I fought their 'Walking Trail'...

{Bike Trail}

fined me 104,000. for having 6 Chickens... an Old Tom Turkey, and Scoutaroo.

In order for them to drop the fines...

had to find Homes for the Poultry, and agree to

Never...Ever...Ever... Ever, have a Horse on this property again, when Scout passes.

Had to Sign an Agreement, stating so.

Found it interesting... how Mr. Daly, referred to a 'Walking Trail' that goes to 'nowhere', in the same breath of the 9/9 meeting.

The former Mayor... chimed in, as well.

For the record, we've had Many Horses, a Cow... 25, to 30 geese... Countless Chickens, without a Single Complaint, over nearly 40 years,

until...

I started questioning 'Fairfax'  City Hall, about a 'Suicide Trail' next to Highway 151, in Fairfax.
