Pal, Bill... and I are heading to Newton, Iowa,

to look at another 

Estate.

We truly 'feel' for Folk's who are closing up an Estate.

They always sound so desperate... and, overwhelmed.

: (

We try to reassure them, that everything will work out just fine, but... 

often, they can't see it, until it's all over.

Most everyone we've dealt with believes 'their' Family's Estate... 

is the absolute Worst we could have possibly ever seen.

{My 'Estate'... will be The Absolute Worst.

I've told Bill... and many others, 'we' are gonna have to conduct my 'Living Estate Sale', because there ain't Nobody on the Planet... that could Tackle THIS One!!

Hahahahahaha!!

Bill says the same thing, about his place.

Guess that's just natural.

We're always grateful... when the Family doesn't start 'Cleaning'...

Dear Lord... the wonderful things that have been pitched, before...

we're called in.

We Don't want to hear how many load's of 'Junk'... they had hauled away, 

'before'.

{Ya can't believe what we've pulled out of the 'Trash'... at these sales.

Oh... dear.}

We tell Folks to take... what they, and their Family

 want to keep, then leave Everything where it sits.

{Always Stress... Take Items that they can't decide on. 

It can always be sold, or given away... later... but, chances are, once it's sold at the sale...

it won't come back. 'Regrets' aren't fun.}

Spoke with a Dear Friend of John's... and Justin's... this morning, concerning the 

September 11 thru 14, Cedar Rapids Estate Sale, that we just signed the contract for.

He's a Major... Car Dude.

Racing... Dude.

That Sale... has some Major... 'Ford Racing'...

 Tools, Parts,  Advertising... and Equipment on it,

 along with Ton's of Household.

{I... was in Heaven... walking through the Shop, and buildings.

 : )

 It won't be on the sale...

but,

even got to drool over a '66 Shelby Cobra Kit Car.

When needed, we call in Folks who have more knowledge on specific items.

Bill and I... are pretty good at where the market is, on most items...

but, Nobody... Knows Everything.
