Had to laugh... yesterday, while I was working at The Estate Sale, a Dear...
Neighbor...
called.

I asked him if he was gonna attend the city council meeting, last night...
he said he wasn't but... thought I should.
Seems... there's skuttlebutt.... around city hall, the 'staff', is blaming me.... for a staff member not being approved at the last meeting, to fill in 'temporarily', as the city administrator.
In my humble opinion.... NOBODY at City Hall, should be considered for that position.
Nobody... that has Any Ties... 'Connections' to Fairfax City Hall.

Period.
Seems they just can't figure out how I caught 'Wind'...
of the 'Smelly Smell' wafting from City Hall...

I'd planned on attending, anyway.
They didn't bring me/us... up... or, question me... at all.
I, did... however, speak up a few times.
Can't just sit there... and watch other Citizens... be mistreated.

Those Neighbor's.... need to Hire a Lawyer... in my opinion.
Believe... I'll suggest that at the next meeting.
Stayed through the entire meeting.
{Needles in my eyes... for hours.}
I... was the first to find the door, and get The Flock... outta there.
A City 'Official'... was right behind me.
As I was walking down the tall stairs, heading for the exit... door, heard him mumble, something.

I, stopped, turned to him... and asked him if he was talking to me?

He, said...
"Yep."
Told him... I... didn't quite catch what he said.

He, then... repeated his 'mumble'.
"They sure 'Love You'... in there."
I, assured the 'Official'... my feelings towards them, were very... mutual.
