Down Time.

Took most of this day... off.

Had a little business to take care of this evening.

Ran across the above... 'memory' a bit ago.

That... was such a beautiful day,

 several years ago.

Pal, Bart... was doing a house clean out, in a small town, about 45 miles north of Cedar Rapids.

He invited me to ride with him, and see if there was anything that might interest me.

Turned out, I knew the Lady... who had lived there.

Small world.

 Was deeply saddened, when Bart shared the story of the house, and the Lady's estate.

It was a Huge... Victorian Home.

The Lady... was an Antique Dealer, whom... I'd admired so,

over many, many... years.

She was Beautiful. Reminded me of the actress, Faye Dunaway.

Told her that... Often, when we'd run into each other.

: )

She always looked 'Perfect'.

: )

 Loved her 'style'... when it came to Antiques, as well.

She was Very Sharp.

; )

Bart... warned me about the house... as we were traveling.

There were just pathways through. It was packed, floor to ceiling.

He'd already filled many, many... large dumpsters, just trying to make paths.

My heart... was heavy, and broken, for the Lady...

as I walked through her 'Home'.

I had no idea... 

she, was very... troubled, it seems.

You'd Have Never Known That...

meeting her, in person.

Never.

Often, I see memes... 'quotes', about being kind to people, 

even when they're not so kind to us, because... 

we don't know...

their 'story'.
