we had 'Rain'... last night, so... me and Old... Jethro, were circling the property, capturing images.

Fairfax was spared the Flash Flooding, that was being warned.
Praise God.
It's been so dry, here... the Thirsty Soil, soaked up what rain we received rather quickly.

there was still... much ponding, where water never used to, 'before'.

Was at Fairfax, Iowa... City Hall this morning, when they opened up, at 7:30 a.m.

Picked up the flash drive, that... apparently has been sitting at City Hall, for a while.

I asked the Head Clerk, 'why'... I hadn't been notified that it was ready??

She kinda 'Blew Up'... at me, and said...
"I Told You It Would Be Ready The Monday After You Left The Flash Drive."
no....
That... is not, what she said.
She said... she would 'Hopefully'... have it done by then.
The Clerk denied that, this morning.

I, checked my 'documents'... after leaving City Hall, this morning.
'Hopefully'...

'exactly'
what
she
said.
Furthermore, told her... this morning, we were advised by Dustin, the new city administrator, after I dropped off the flash drive... weeks ago...with her, that 'They', meaning the City, were working on getting the records done.
???
then... for weeks, after, we hear 'Crickets'.
???
The Clerk... responded,
"He doesn't speak for me."
{I see that. ; )}
oh... dear.
I asked The Clerk.... if EVERY Correspondence between The City, and Hall & Hall Engineering was included on the flash drive.
She looked kind of confused.
???
So... I repeated the question.
The Clerk, then... stated,
"Everything you asked for/requested, is on the flash drive."
I haven't looked at the flash drive... yet.
Have to get it to Lawyer Meardon, soon.
It'll be interesting how it compares to the other source's documents.
