spent a whole bunch of time on the phone, with a Iowa Department of Transportation...
Engineer, questioning...
why...
The Iowa Department of Transportation, would have the 'need', to acquire more of our Land... for a 'Highway Project'??
After all, The IDOT, had already... Taken so much from us, in the 1990's.
'The Engineer' said.... he couldn't understand it either.
