Guess...we all knew it would happen...Eventually....

Spent my day gathering...all sorts of shopping to get done....{light bulbs...cleaning supplies...getting fliers printed...run...run...run...} so I took Sally....One of the few nice days left... to take her for a spin...too cold...for the top down... but still... I so enjoy her company...
I thought the end of my Journey...was dropping off fliers, at Gatherings, in Anamosa....{Love her Candles there...wow!} as I was pulling away...the phone rang...it was a woman who had some things for sale...I drove and drove... 'til I found her lovely home...way out in the hills... down a curvy gravel road...another 40 miles away...What a lovely ride.... Her home was Amazing.... She has the most beautiful Arabian Horses...her Gelding is 36 years old...and was born there...wow....
We had such a Lovely visit... I bought a few treasures... that I really didn't have time, this week to go back for... so Carole, and I ... strategically....Filled Sally! 2 Cast Iron Urns....1...Iron Garden Table...and...a Sweet Apothecary piece, with a table base...
I couldn't put the top up... so Froze...all the way home....{and ate a lot of dust}
I had a friend waiting for me...when I got home... oh my...with a Big Piece... so.....with a flash light...we unloaded... {He was kind enough to help me, carefully unload Sally....so I could close her top...oh dear..}
I keep thinking...I must have looked like John Candy...in Trains, Planes and Automobiles....driving down the hi way.... all bundled up...{it was 46 degrees...that's cold....at 65 mph...   } with my teeth chattering...
I have a busy day ahead... getting everything gathered up...for the Open House... oh my...
