Had a 'Meeting' with IDOT's lawyers, and one of IDOT's representatives,  at Lawyer Meardon's Office, early this morning.

that... 

was 

'Interesting', on so many, many... levels.

; )

{IDOT asked for the 'mediation'.}

{bless their hearts}

Just... got home.

Never actually 'met' with 'them', {they were in another room} but met with their 'Mediator', over, and over, today.

; )

He... was Very Nice.

; )

Felt kinda sorry, for him.

The Mediator, in my opinion...

stepped inside a Hurricane.

'Crazy Train'.

Few... people, can 'understand' this wrongful mess.

The Mediator is a former Lawyer, which... I was Grateful for.

Many 'Mediators' aren't... sadly.

{The Rule of Law, in This Country is a Big Deal, in my humble opinion.}

Meardon.. pointed out every single 'Fact'.

{There are Hundred's of horrible e-mails, concerning this IDOT/Fairfax, Iowa... Wrongful 'Mess'.}

Charles, doesn't, didn't... skip a beat reciting them, from 'memory'... then,

 printing, and 'Highlighting' them,

for

'The Mediator', today.

Sure hope 'The Mediator'... Reads Them.

Chuck Meardon... has never watched the movie,

 I've compared Charles Meardon to, for nearly eight years, while 

Fighting This Wrongful... Battle, with The Iowa Department of Transportation. and Fairfax.

He's a Warrior.
