Citizens not on the agenda, to speak... at the end.
Councilman Daly... did some 'talkin', when he wasn't supposed to, either...
at the end, after...
we left.

Fairfax, had hired a City Administrator, for the very first time...
ever,
November '24.
He began work... January, 2025.
May... of 2025, he resigned.
He was given a 25,000. Severance Package, and...

Confidentiality Clause.

{That's a 'Smelly Smell... that Smells Smelly', in my humble opinion...

The Scuttlebutt around Fairfax, was... that the Young Man, was Bullied out of his job...

Didn't plan on speaking that night, but... felt so sorry for the Folks who, in my opinion... were being mistreated.

From what I've been told by Neighbors, the city's water is AWEFUL.
For 'septic' services alone... through the city, the clerk stated two weeks ago, is 14. a month,
MINIMUM.
I'll have to ask tonight... 'exactly.... how many 'Minimum's' are there, in Fairfax'.

The former Mayor, sat at the table, here... in our Home, a few years ago.
He, said... City Water, and Sewer may be coming through sometime in the future.
Told him... I didn't want it.
He said....
We don't Have to Hook Up, but... when the city is in front of our Home...
we'd have the opportunity to hook up, at no cost.
However...
should our system go down... after we declined the City's hook up, we can't replace our septic, and will be charged to hook up to their system.
Don't like it... but, that seemed fair.
The Folk's who are fighting the city now, want to keep their septic.
It needs to be replaced, but... the city isn't 'Ready' to hook them up.
Yet...
are telling them They Must hook up, when they get it to them... at a FEE.

It was a Shit Show, at the last meeting.

They couldn't even cite their ordinance, they kept touting...concerning this mess, when asked to read it to us.
