Nearly Dropped, when I laid this Quilt Out, to be able to take in...
The Entire 'Picture'.
Was Frozen... in my tracks, while examining it.
What I couldn't see, of The Soulful Quilt, while being used as a table cover...
was The Rest of The Story.

The other end, most likely... the top/first edge/row, began as a Log Cabin Quilt.
{Log Cabin Quilt's became popular with President Lincoln, in the 1860's... as he was born in a Log Cabin.

The center of a Log Cabin square... is usually red, to represent The Hearth of The Home.}

as the rows of Squares...went on, in this Soulful Quilt,

Junk Jubilee Day Two... Was Hoppin"!!
Had to laugh when I was leaving Home... yesterday morning for JJJ.

I have NEVER Seen Such a Crop, growing on a bale of Straw... in November, in Iowa.
WOW!!
Hahahahaha!!!
The Sky was Very Cool, driving to Des Moines... yesterday morning.
The image doesn't come close.
Had to throw on another load, yesterday morning.
The booth, was very sparse.
It was very very Dark... after The Wreaths left.
So... with the last three Wreaths, grabbed a little Chandelier, too.

Sold all of the Awesome Wreaths.
The three I brought yesterday sold within the first couple of hours of the show.
I really wanted to keep two, for Home... but, decided to bring them, and... if they sold, well... I wasn't meant to have them.
Farmer Friend, Lea... and her Lovely Daughter.... Lindsay, stopped by.

Have a feeling, it's gonna remain 'fitting', for a long, long...
time.
Loading The Ford... this morning, for Junk Jubilee, it was too wet, yesterday.
Was going to start setting up, there... today... but decided to do it all tomorrow.
That'll save one day of driving back and forth to Des Moines.
Just taking The Ford, so... should be able to pull the booth together in a day.

Nobody taught me what to expect.
Mom... always voted, but... I was in school, when she Voted.
Moved out on my own, when I was 15, couldn't Vote, but... was Thrilled...
in 1981 when I Could.

I went to Vote... but was turned away, because.... I didn't know I needed to register before.
{Figured my driver's license would be all I'd need. I... was wrong.}
