I'd been trying to Find The Truth, from both IDOT, and Fairfax... for about two years at that point.

Attending, and Addressing the mayor, and council... at Fairfax, Iowa... Council Meeting, after Council Meeting.

Phone calls, Emails... back and forth... with IDOT, trying to Find The Truth.

to... uh, no avail.

Both groups had me chasing my tail... running in circles, and, sadly... lying to me, in their own words, and hand.

{the public records Lawyer Meardon requested... proved that}

It took Lawyer Meardon, an Instant....

 to get to The Truth, after he Gratefully...

 Jumped on Board, This... 'Crazy Train'... that Fall.

Lawyer Meardon, had Everything Handled.

{Such a Relief... to be DONE with Them.}

We thought... this horrible IDOT/Fairfax, Iowa...

 MESS...

was all behind us, 

with our Signed, Recorded... Agreement.

{No Trail Accommodations with the Construction of the Highway 151 Bridge that Adjoins our Property.}

We... were 'Assured'.

until...

They Breached our Recorded Agreement.

IDOT Denied that, from The Top Down, until...

of course, they couldn't... 

after,

 Fairfax's Bike/Pedestrian Trail.... Was Built, and The 151 Bridge was Constructed with Fairfax, Iowa Bike/Walking Trail Accommodations... On, and Under.

{leaving us... in a Basin.}

Ooooooops.

There's so Much... to this story.

We're heading for Trial... sometime, in 2026.

The July 8, 2025 Fairfax, Iowa... City Council Meeting, was interesting.

Councilman Daly, made the comment,

 I didn't hear it at the meeting, but Friends did... concerning 'Some people saying things on social media, that they'd NEVER say in person'.

 ; )

From what I've read, that... uh, Mr. Daly has 'posted' 

 over the years on 'social media',

oh... dear, 

in my very humble... 

opinion,

'that'...

 describes Mr. Daly, much more than 'who' some believe he was referring to.

Bless his heart.

Grateful... Fairfax has a Camera at these meetings, now.

{when it doesn't 'malfunction'. ; )}
