I'm Thankful...they took the time to load it...and bring it....instead of throwing it on a Burn Pile!

As I was snapping an image...of this...this morn...it sounded like a Bomb went off...Then...I heard Horrible...Electrical Humming...coming from near the Barn...! Scout was Flyin'.... Then...I saw the High lines spark... over and over....from Post to Post! I was RUNNING!!! The Power was Surging...in John's Shop... Then...FIRE coming from the Field!!! I ran to get Scout's Halter... John and the Guys...called Spanky{Fairfax Fire Dept. } and 911....

Holy Smokes!

A Main Power line went down...over Highway 151, and on our property... Started the field on fire... Thankfully...no one was hit...by the downed wire...but we had a Major Log Jam...of Traffic!

{I was Flyin'!!!!! I hate the Sound of Live....Humming Electricity!!! I can even feel Lightning in the air...before I can see it....EEEEWWWWW....It makes the hair on my entire body Stand on End!!!}

A lesson learned... I ran out...to snap the image of the cupboard...like a Hag in a Bag....No Contacts...mascara...like football players...under my eyes....hadn't brushed my mop...Barefooted...and must have been seen by 200 people....

I should Never leave the house....

for...any reason...until I have washed my face!

{Thankfully...I wasn't in my PJ's.... I almost...didn't get dressed....YIKES!!!}

I had the 'zoom'...on the camera....I wouldn't go near that wire...{BUZZZZZZ} I kept...calling to the Guys...to "Get Back...Over Here...." {they don't Ever Listen!} Man! or...should I say..."Men"!
