Bad Company... Oh My...

Still movin' a little slow... But...movin'...I'm waiting to hear back, from out of town visitors, if they are not going to be here until Sunday... Dale F. and I are headed for Bloomington, Illinois, Saturday....... I have wanted to get there, for some time, now, but always seems something, or another show conflicts... If my pals make it in...Well... They are #1... Always! So, I'll gladly stay put!!! Oh my... I picked up some cd's yesterday at a sale... I'm listening to one now... 'Bad Company'.... My, my... those were the days...Another life, really... whew! I also picked up Eric Clapton and Bob Seger.... My, my... I love music... Everything from Tammy Wynette, to Kiss... If you scroll down, to the bottom of my page, you'll see my music list... I'm totally CRAZY! I don't think I know another person, who could sing, I Fall to Pieces, followed up by Rock Steady.... It must be the Mad Hatter thing... I don't know... I won't torture you with the rock... I know most folks who read my blog, love Allison, and so do I... She is amazing... It's funny, when I put this old rock on, I'm 17 again... Crazy... and Wild! Feel like runnin' out, jumpin' in the old Mustang, crankin' the tunes up, til the windows rattle, throw 'er into gear, put the hammer down...dump the clutch.... peel out onto the hi way, seein' how much rubber I can lay down on the road, and how much smoke will be in the rear view mirror!... Oh my! Turnin' it Loose! Ya know... this cd is a better pain killer than the Aleve, and Bloody Mary's...I'm actually dancin' in place, as I'm typing! Bad back, heal spur and all... They don't seem to hurt nearly as much! Must be a little of that 17 year old d.n.a. left floatin' around this old body! YEAH!!! Ahhh... those were the days... I am surprised I made it through them alive....Whew... a Wild Child... My poor, poor Mother... Now that I am TOTALLY ENERGIZED... I'm out the door... to Take On The Day!!! Barb C.

I too was a "wild child". It was fun and I don't regret a minute of it. I learned so much!!!

But, it does seem like a lifetime ago.

Too funny...I've been listening to your playlist the last two days as I paint. I thought the same thing, it goes from a slow song with a deep meaning to an upbeat let loose song. It doesn't bother me, I love your playlist!
